I liked the friendliness of the staff, that we could converse in English. There was tea and coffee - always nice, and everything we needed in the bathroom was available. I like that there's a gym for residents to use. A restaurant was recommended by one of the staff, and it was exceptional - thank you!

Amazing experience here! This place was above most of the other offerings in Nice. Staff were helpful and friendly Good distance from sea and old town, but also in a quieter area away from all the noise or construction The gym facilities with sauna are high quality. Jacuzzi open until evening on the rooftop. Beautiful rooftop terrace with some of the best views I saw of Nice Great room, balcony / terrace Very, very comfortable bed Good desk in room Very quiet rooms with black out shutters Attentive room cleaning Some drinks provided in the mini bar A decent sized coffee served on the rooftop bar Internet connection was pretty solid Comfortable foyer

The hotel was very clean and located within an easy walk of all of the sights of Nice. It had excellent facilities including pool, spa, rooftop bar and more. My room was on the 3rd floor and had been renovated beautifully, other floors had yet to have this done

Great friendly staff. Always very helpful. 24h reception was also great. Location awesome. Big bathroom with a lot of space. Great air conditioning adjustable to one's own needs. Also liked the fact that there was a little fridge available. Furthermore great complimentary products. Soap, Shampoo and body lotion - very nice especially in that climate considering how often one has to take a shower ;D

+ very nice service at reception + bed sheets were replaced immediately after we noted that + we got an amazing room 714, with balcony and little view at see (this is why I gave *****) + rooftop swimming pool is great and not that crowded as expected + room breakfast service is very nice

Great location, so close to beach! Very close to tram Station and easy route from airport. The old town was walking distance but we hopped on the velobleu bikes that are cheap to rent around the city.We loved the fact we could all stay in the same room. We loved the rooftop bar/restaurant and pool! Food was great including breakfast! Lovely decorations and bottle of bubbly left in room- obviously this was paid for and requested but it was unknown how it would be and It was fabulous!! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved getting the vouchers for a discount at Blue Beach too!! We all said if we returned to Nice we would stay at Splendid again!

From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was treated so well. By everyone. Most especially front desk. Very friendly and professional. Can’t beat the location. Easy tram ride from airport. Five mts to Promenade des Anglais and beach. 8 mts to train station. Thank you!

Attractive & convenient location with great service from all staff. Ultimately, after asking days in for a better room, we were very pleased with a much nicer RENOVATED suite. Very nice breakfast in pretty setting on roof top that has comfortable lounge space & pool.
